A Keep America Smiling membership enables you to budget so that you can continue to receive the best preventative care available. Signing you and your family up to one our membership plans helps to remove any worry that you may have about being able to afford dental treatment at critical times. Putting off necessary treatment or failing to take preventative measures results in bigger problems and may be detrimental to your health and well being.

Our plans are designed for patients who wish to:

• Attend on a regular basis
• Maintain excellent oral health
• Have piece of mind that the costs of their dental care is covered

Your benefits include the following:

• 2 Regular Doctor’s exam’s per calendar year ($0 cost)
• Unlimited X-Rays ($0 cost)
• Adult Cleanings ($69)
• Periodontal Cleanings ($89)
• Kid’s Cleanings (18 & under – $39)
• $12,000 in Dental Benefits* per Calendar Year
• All total fees are discounted by at least 20%

*Dental Benefits are defined as the total amount in discounts given off regular fees on a yearly basis

Your Keep America Smiling Dental Membership will be billed monthly , but you may, at any time, submit a written 90 Day Notice to Cancel. Cannot be used in conjunction with any dental insurance or other discount dental plan. Reactivated accounts are required to pay for a full year membership in advance.
